In the video it shows us making a rather huge bakery size batch, but you can scale it down proportionately if you like. Also not mentioned in the video, if you choose to kneed the fondant by hand, you'll want to cover your hands in Crisco or some other type of shortening, otherwise you'll have one huge mess of stickiness. Recipe shown: 6 Bags of Jet Puff Mini Marshmallows 1 cup of water 30-32 cups of sifted powdered sugar 1.5 TBS of Gum Tragacanth
